Hailing from Richmond, Virginia, Dr. Tobias Keene brings a bit of unabashed Southern hospitality to all his patients. He moved to Washington, D.C. over thirty years ago as a freshman at Ivy College. Right after graduation, he attended World University’s School of Dentistry. Before opening Keene Dental in 1994, he worked for free clinics and some of the finest practices in the District. He is part of the 123 Dental Association and stays up-to-date on the latest dental discoveries. In 1999 Gary raced a Ferrari F355B in selected races in the Goodyear Maranello Series achieving several podiums. In 2002 he successfully switched to single seaters finishing runner up that year in the Castle Combe FF1600 National Mobile Windscreens Championship (pre-90 class). In 2003 he went one better and won the Castle Combe FF1600 National Mobile Windscreens Championship, becoming Class Champion with several races to spare before the end of the season. With an insurmountable points lead at FF1600, he decided to move up to F3, so switched mid-season to the ARP/Club F3 Championship. Gary was unable to attend the traditional Test Day on the Friday as he was running a Limit Handling Course for a group of sports car owners, so he had to jump straight in the car & qualify on Saturday morning. It was very wet on the full Silverstone GP Circuit for the subsequent race in the afternoon, but despite very limited seat time Gary finished on the Podium with a very creditable 3rd Place.
